The VIP Installed Booking Process

1. Quoting

Send us your plans and we will do a take-off and provide you with a supply and install quote.

2. Site Visit

For Commercial and Architectural builds, one of our estimators can complete a site visit.

3. Quote Acceptance

Once our quote has been accepted we will work with the project manager or builder on scheduling in the install. We will also complete the necessary health and safety paperwork and send this through eg: SSSP, Task Analysis if required.

4. Confirmation

1 week before the agreed install date, we will contact the project manager or builder to ensure everything is on track.

5. Install Day

On the day of the install our installers will perform a health & safety pre-start checklist before beginning the job.

6. Quality Check

At the end of the installation a quality check will be carried out.

7. PS3

Upon completion of the install a PS3 will be provided if required.
